About me

My why…

Hello! I am Laura, founder of Feel Your Power. My aim is to empower women and their birth partners to experience the birth they deserve by understanding how the mind works, the biology, the power of a women’s body and hypnosis.

I used hypnobirthing when my daughter was born, I still used pain relief (yes! Many people think for Hypnobirthing you have to have an unmedicated birth) Hypnobirthing is about understanding the mind and how powerful it can be when experiencing the sensations of labour.
